About Sara

I have been a babysitter, elderly caregiver, house cleaner, and nanny throughout most of my life and have been a Waldorf class teacher for 7 years and and reading specialist for the past two years. Having worked with children most of my life, I firmly believe that consistency, routine and follow-through, as well as strong boundaries; meaning what we say, are key. I will be helping the child to become sure of themselves and their abilities through real experience and struggle, filling days with celebration, sunshine, coziness, laughter, games, projects, helping to care for the household, cooking, and more. I am reliable, trustworthy, punctual, patient, interested, and passionate.
