Hello! My name is Sara! I am a compassionate and reliable caregiver with hands-on experience supporting seniors and individuals with special needs. I have helped care for my grandparents, including providing support during hospice care, which taught me the importance of patience, dignity, and emotional presence during every stage of life. I am a Certified Medication Technician and am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. I am comfortable assisting with medication management, personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. I understand how important safety, trust, and consistency are for both clients and their families. I approach caregiving with empathy, respect, and a calm, reassuring presence.
