About Sara

Sara has been our daughter’s nanny for the last 7 months and I am forever grateful she came into our lives. (I recognize I’m taking a risk providing her a review because I don’t want anyone to take her from us, but I owe it to her to share how wonderful she is.) As a new mom who had to return to work, I was a wreck when I started the process to search for help two days a week. Using Care.com and another site, I searched for someone who would be able to speak solely Spanish to our 8 month old (as it’s important to us that she’s bilingual) and someone who fit another long list of requirements. Sara hit all of them (and more). She was quick to respond to my messages and we scheduled an in-person interview shortly after. I brought a list of questions and we immediately felt at ease by her responses, degree of professionalism, experience, and transparency. We had initially considered interviewing others, but we knew on the drive home that Sara was it. Since Sara stepped into our home, she feels like family. She is always on time, is creative with activities for our daughter, is cautious and nurturing, and puts an element of education in all that she does with our daughter. We saw Sara foster our daughter’s ability to crawl, then walk, and hit other milestones. She is extremely hands-on and most importantly, our daughter loves her. Sara will be a part of our family forever. I HIGHLY recommend her without any hesitation and would be willing to speak offline further about her qualifications as a referral.
