About Sara

Hi! I'm Sara, born and raised in West Palm Beach. I'm 29 and recently spent 8 months caring for a wonderful 89-year-old woman with Alzheimer's. We spent our days going for beach drives, lunches, movies, shopping, and walks. I also joined her at appointments and visits with friends. I began caregiving shortly after my mother passed, and it felt like a second chance to give the kind of love I had hoped to continue giving her. I don't hold formal certifications, but I'm dependable, warm, and open to learning. I truly care about helping others feel safe, seen, and supported. In my free time I enjoy biking around town, taking film photos of flowers, and baking cheesecakes, breads, and pastries. I'm looking for a role where I can build trust with someone, share stories, and be a companion. Not just a helper, but someone who shows up each day with kindness, patience, and a little laughter.
