About Saranne

I am a curriculum-based tutor for students in grades K--12. As a former special education teacher I am experienced working with a wide variety of students, in terms of ability, age and subject matter. I utilize learning/study/test taking strategies and incorporate growth mindset thinking in my sessions. I am well versed in executive functioning and can support students with organization, time management, goal setting, prioritizing and self monitoring/regulation. I collaborate with parents and teachers in order to meet students at their learning level and give them the tools they need to be successful learners. I am excited to be in the education field.
