Hi! My name is Sarah. I would describe myself as a caring, patient and trustworthy person. I started caring for seniors/disabled children/teens at 18 years of age. I worked at a residential home helping to care for 25 seniors. More recently, I cared for a senior lady with dementia living in her own home. I supported her family to help her remain at home and then transition into a memory care facility. I like caring for teens and adults because I enjoy providing companionship and helping individuals maintain their dignity and quality of life. My top three care skills are as follows: * Companionship and emotional support * Personal care skills (inc. bathing, dressing and mobility) * Problem solving skills I am a married woman with two teenage children. I love to walk, explore nature and travel. I also enjoy reading and listening to music of all genres!
