I was reviewing applicants, Sarah applied for my position. We were discussing times for an interview when she just stopped responding. She didn't respond until a week later, the day after the date night I needed care for saying she took another job. Would've been nice to hear from her before the job she had applied for had come and gone. Glad She didn't watch my child, lack of communication
