I'm Sarah Schultz, a Certified Nursing Assistant and proud CNA Valedictorian with over 18 years of experience in Adult Foster Care, specializing in dementia, Alzheimer's, and palliative care. My passion lies in delivering compassionate, person-centered care with dignity, patience, and respect. I've had the honor of supporting residents through some of life's most delicate transitions-whether guiding those with memory loss or comforting hospice patients in their final moments. For me, this work is a calling, not just a career. I bring strong clinical skills, deep emotional awareness, and a commitment to consistency, empathy, and clear communication.
