Sahara has watched our 1 year old on several occasions during the workday and she's been wonderful. She has great intuition around children and it's evident that she has a lot of prior experience. Our daughter took to her very quickly. Sahara takes initiative (e.g. preparing fun new dishes for our daughter to try), is very tidy, and communicates well throughout the day with fun photo updates. On one occasion, Sahara was unavailable to watch our daughter, but referred us to a suitable substitute who was available - definitely above and beyond! We will definitely be asking her to babysit again :)
