Hello! I am a kind, hard-working, and intentional companion caregiver. I am a mother of six children and 10 beautiful grandchildren. I have a BA in elementary education. After a few years of teaching, I stayed home to raise my children, then returned to the education field as a paraprofessional for seven years. From 2020-23, I worked in the activity department of a residential memory care facility. I helped plan and implement daily physical, emotional and mental stimulation, quality care and fun; giving seniors what they deserve and need. Currently, I work privately with clients in their homes who may have ALZ and/or personal assistant needs; including transportation to appts., running errands, light housekeeping, med management, meal prep and respite for spouse caregivers. I also provide companion care through mental and physcial stimulation and emotional connection. I love to bring sunshine to my clients in small ways everyday.
Sarah's has a kind and generous heart and her love of caregiving shines through every time we see her. She has made a huge difference in our life by enriching daily living with fun activities, and she truly listens - and provides sage and useful feedback. Sarah has a great deal of professional and practical experience that makes her an invaluable resource. We are so grateful to have Sarah as our caregiver.
