About Sarah

Sarah worked for my dad for 2 years. She was the extra daughter he wishes he had. She was very caring, as if it was her own dad. She did meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. She managed this very well and he always had the food they needed but never wasted any food. She was very good at helping him lose weight but never feeling hunger. He was on a Mediterranean diet. She also made sure to talk about current events with him and play various games to exercise his brain. They were also walking buddies. My dad would walk a couple miles a day and Sara was his spotter and buddy. She managed all doctor appointments, scheduling, and an extra set of ears to make sure dad was doing all that he should be doing. She also managed the medications. Sara did light housekeeping and the house was always spotless. Also, she helped clean out the clutter in the house. Sara kept me informed of any issues or concerns. She always treated him as an adult which was always appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about Sara. She is great!
