About Sarah

Hello! I'm Sarah, a full-time Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) who is hoping to help families out on weekday evenings and/or the weekends (anytime). I am reliable, compassionate, and creative. Supporting children and families is the foundation of my career, and I believe families in my community deserve high-quality child care. My qualifications and career experience: -CCLS for over 5 years. As a CCLS, I support children and families during stressful healthcare experiences by addressing their psychosocial and developmental needs. I have worked in the ER, neonatal ICU, and an acute med/surg unit. -Master's degree: Child Life, Administration, & Family Collaboration -Bachelor's degree: Family & Human Services -15+ years of experience babysitting children ~ infants to 11 y/os -Previous support staff for after-school program ~ K to 8th grades -Previous full-time nanny for an 18-month-old I'd love to set up a phone/ video call so we can get to know each other better!
