I am CPR certified for all ages; I respond to emergent situations calmly, due to 15 yrs training and experience. Families say this is BIG BONUS, an extra safety net (experience), knowing your child(ren) are in capable, vigilant hands. Safety will ALWAYS be #1 with me. #2 priority is communication, which I am BIG on; should an emergency arise, the 1st thing I do is communicate that, providing as much notice as possible for the family to obtain backup help.
