Sarah took care of my 15 month old boy for 4 months. My boy had some medical issues and developmental delays . Sarah was fantastic at reading my baby’s cues when something was wrong and interpreting what he needed. Besides the standard care with feeding and changing diapers, she also attended my baby’s physical and occupational therapy sessions and applied the exercises with him at home . At some point, my boy also needed surgery and Sarah excelled at administering medication when he was in pain and keeping his incision clean. She was always professional, timely, reliable and communicative. Ultimately, the pediatrician and his therapists recommended my boy advance to a daycare level to aid him with his developmental delays and we had to let Sarah go.
