Sarah has been full-time nanny for our daughter (3) for the last two years, and for her younger sister (1) since she was born, as well. We and the girls love her, she's been endlessly compassionate towards the kids and focused on helping them develop into kind, smart, independent, & curious humans. She's come up with activities, playdates, & learning opportunities for our girls, and has always been flexible to our parenting style and preferences. She's been extremely reliable, always showing up on time and staying late or adjusting to our schedules when needed, consistently logging naps/feeds/etc. in an app when we've asked, and always communicating with us clearly and honestly. If our older daughter wasn't headed to preschool this year, we'd be keeping Sarah without question - any family with young children would be lucky to have her!
