About Sarah

Hi! I have over 10 years of paid babysitting experience and 3 years of lead teaching in a high school special education classroom (currently certified in 2 states). I'm comfortable with all age ranges. I enjoy helping children learn in creative ways, reading with funny voices, and dabbling in a craft or two every so often. I'd describe my personality as energetic, kind, and humorous. I like working with kids because they are our future and deserve to have space to be themselves and grow into their best self. I'm looking for a job that helps fill my love for working with kids! I started paid work with kids at 14, but was a student mentor starting at 11. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, find new coffee spots, and discover new music! One thing you should know about me is every child is safe me with me. My skills include emotional regulation, communicating clearly, and child development.
