About Sarah

I have over 8 years of experience working with children. I am currently working as a PT nanny for 2 girls, ages 5 years and 22-months. While I love this position and family, I am looking for something full-time now. I am CPR/First Aid certified through the American Heart Association and I am currently enrolled in classes to become a Child Life Specialist. I am also a Registered Behavioral Technician and have worked at a therapeutic day school, assisting children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I graduated from Loyola University with a Kinesiology degree and have some experience working at the day care through the university as well. One of my favorite nannying jobs included light housekeeping (i. e. dishes, laundry, pet care) and helping the kids with homework after school. I grew very close with the three kids and still keep up with them to date. I am a very driven and organized person but I also like to be creative and active, which I carry into my nannying jobs.
