About Sarah

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Humanities from Baylor University, which provided me with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in ethics, communication, and the social sciences skills that have been central to my success as both a teacher and site director. As an educator, I designed and implemented lesson plans that supported academic growth, behavioral development, and social-emotional learning, particularly for students with diverse learning needs. In my role as a site director, I led the daily operations of educational programs, including staff supervision, curriculum oversight, and compliance with school and state standards. I worked closely with families, educators, and administrators to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment that supported both student achievement and staff development. I have experience tutoring, teaching, and homeschooling children.
