Leaving your kiddo (especially when they're pretty little) with a new person for the first time is very scary, even when they agree to do a virtual interview beforehand! Sarah arrived and within minutes set our hearts and minds at ease. She anticipated situations and asked the right questions, made our daughter feel comfortable (to the point where she was basically ignoring us by the time we left) and communicated the exact right amount to allow us to enjoy our night out alone.
