My name is Sarah, I am an LPN and have been for 6 years. Prior to that I was a CNA for 5 years. I work at an assisted living facility and am very comfortable working with the geriatric community as well as folks with dementia. I also worked at our rehab/long term care facility for about a year and a half. I can do medication administration, ADLs, some wound care, companionship, errands, light house keeping, grocery shopping, and meal prep. I am a very active mom of two, I have a 16-year-old and a 12-year-old. I love going to the gym, hiking, walking my dogs, taking care of my house plants, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
