About Sarah

I'm currently a stay at home mom, my baby girl is 15 months old and we're expecting in August. Looking for a buddy or two that my daughter jives with and would play well with while we hang at home or adventure. We go on lots of walks even in cold weather because we gear up properly. We go to local library story and music time weekly. I have worked in elementary schools for 3 years as a paraeducator, and in a nursery for 4 years in college. I have 2 yrs experience babysitting and tutoring. I have a teaching certificate from USM and was awarded a teaching residency where I co-taught third grade for a year. I was a camp counsellor for three summers. I was a Red Cross trained life guard and swim instructor for entry level swimmers. I was a dance teacher for a while too. I currently teach a baby and me yoga class, and am 200 hr yoga certified. I am an avid outdoorswoman and enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping and swimming. I have a passion for teaching kids about the outdoors.
