About Sarah

Helping others has always been at the center of everything I do. My background in psychology, education, recruiting, wellness, and hospitality has given me a passion for creating supportive environments where others can thrive. During college, I worked as a nanny for a family with one daughter and three dogs, helping with homework, playtime, meals, bath time, and light cleaning. I also provide pet care for two families when they travel, ensuring their pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Professionally, I've led S. T. E. A. M. programs and summer camps, facilitated art therapy programs for adolescents, and supported professionals in the life sciences through recruiting. I've also worked at the front desk of a chiropractic office and have 15+ years of restaurant industry experience. I completed Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my interest in wellness and mindfulness. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, reading, music, and time with family, friends, and my three cats.
