Just let me know, I'm here for you! Background: I'm a certified masters level psychotherapist and former DOD employee. For the past 6 years I worked with active duty military members. However, in the past year I experienced intense burnout and found myself feeling unwell. I started supplementing my income by offering more in home support work: cleaning, childcare, pet sitting, house sitting, outdoor projects, gardening and more! I found that I truly felt SO much better mentally and physically than I had in my FED job.
