Hi, my name is Sarahlyn, 45 years old. I graduated in 2008 from Trocaire college with my degree as an RN. I have been in healthcare for 25 years now. I have worked in the hospitals, hospice, supervision, and most recently in private Homecare. I am really enjoying being able to give one on one care. To me it is much more fulfilling. I treat every client as if they were my own family member. I believe in kindness, patience, respect and empathy. I am a very reliable person as well as very punctual. I also can help with coverage in emergency situations. I have 3 children and pets. I like caring for seniors because I believe everyone should be treated with dignity. I like to provide care that a client won't receive in a hospital setting or long term care. I love the one on one as well as working with the families. In my spare time, I like to play games, do puzzles, yoga, crafting, and weather permitting I love to be outdoors, but living in buffalo it's always weather permitting.

Sarahlyn was very responsive and communicative right from our first interaction. She has valuable knowledge from managing skilled nursing facilities, and she brought that to help care for our loved one. She is a nurse and is experienced in taking care of patients with dementia. This was all new to us and she helped us a great deal. When we couldn’t be with our loved one and left Sarahlyn there with her, we were able to truly relax and temporarily detach ourselves because we were 100% convinced Sarahlyn was giving her the best possible care she could have. Sarahlyn has a very calming and sweet disposition and she is very patient and kind. She truly cares about helping people and their quality of life. She helped us navigate taking care of our loved one with all of her knowledge and tips. She communicated so well with us and was always there on time. She was very dependable and responsible. She helped make it all possible to keep our loved one in her own home with undivided attention and care. We are so grateful we were lucky enough to find her and would recommend her to anyone.
