**can only work weekends currently!!** Hi, my name is Sarah and I've been working with kiddos for approximately 6 years. I am from New York, and have a dual bachelors degree in childhood education (1-6) along with special education (1-6). I'd describe my personality as outgoing, silly, and understanding. I am able to recognize when it's okay to be silly, but also when it's time to enforce rules/standards. I like working with kids because I love seeing them grow and reach any goals that parents have for them! Whether it be potty training, utilizing communication more efficiently, or even putting toys away--small actions are big steps! I'm looking for a job that is very communicative with me on what they would like for me to do. My skills include redirection when child is in behavior, incorporating academic skills along with natural skills into play, developing a close bond with the child to promote trust!
