About Sarah

For as long as I can remember, I've loved working with and caring for children. I began as a counselor-in-training at a local summer camp in middle school, then went on to babysit for several families. Most recently, I worked as a daycare teacher at KinderCare from December 2022 through summer 2025. In my role as a teacher, I created engaging activities, supported children's developmental needs, and helped foster a safe, nurturing, and creative environment. I have experience working with a wide range of age groups, from infants through kindergarten, with a primary focus on toddlers. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Connecticut studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences along with Human Development and Family Sciences, with the goal of becoming a pediatric speech therapist. I'm passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel supported every day.
