I am a dedicated dyslexia tutor specializing in evidence-based, structured literacy instruction. Trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, I provide individualized, multisensory instruction designed to help students build strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and spelling. Learning affects the whole person, and combines specialized literacy instruction with supportive mentorship to build not just academic skills, but also confidence, resilience, and self-advocacy. Using systematic, sequential Orton-Gillingham techniques, I tailor each session to meet students where they are, celebrating and fostering a love of learning. My approach emphasizes understanding each student's unique strengths and challenges, creating a safe environment where students can thrive. It is my joy to empower students to unlock their full potential, knowing that reading challenges don't define their intelligence or future success. I am great with ADD and ADHD.
