About Sarah

I taught college level Persian (Farsi) for two years and held indecent tutoring sessions for struggling students. I was also a volunteer writing tutor in high school for my classmates and middle schoolers. My Persian students said that I was instrumental in their mastery of the language. I also helped dozens of students improve their essay writing through upbeat, patient editing and thoughtful discussion. I'd describe my personality as positive, friendly, and thoughtful. I like tutoring because I love helping my students grow through hard work. It's so rewarding to go back and see just how far they've come. I started tutoring when I was in high school, where I volunteered assisting both my classmates and local middle schoolers with writing. In my spare time, I like to read, practice Persian, and bake.
