I can't believe we got so lucky. We had gone with 2 different agencies but they were too understaffed to be reliable. Also my Dad is picky & quirky and having Sarah go beyond what's expected has been a life saver. I'm living overseas & feel secure knowing she's there. She's gotten him outside with a push chair, back to photography & even playing cards. Sarah has a great personality & has held her own without agitation when my Dad wants to argue. Trust me when I say my Dad has fired everyone else that's ever been involved with him. We would ask the agencies how large there staff was, knowing he had always found fault. It's nice to see him happy & looking forward to each day.
