I'd describe my personality as kind, outgoing, determined I like working with kids because I grew up taking care of many of my cousins and realized that I find it rewarding to support their growth, encourage their creativity, and provide a safe caring enviroment where they can thrive. I'm looking for a job where I can build a trusting relationship with children, support their daily routines, and help them learn and develop in a warm, caring atmosphere. I started working with kids when I was about 13. I was a kid yet I knew the importance of my aunts and uncles to let my mom take care of them and how it's not easy letting someone else look over your child but that at times it's a necessity and thats when I stepped in and helped my mom on whatever the kids wanted I would be there. One thing you should know about me is I'm very committed to caring for your child as if they were my own. My skills include patience and understanding, SAFETY awareness and strong communication.
