About Sarah

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am 23. I just returned to the US after working abroad in Belgium as a live-in nanny for a year. While abroad, I cared for two children (ages 2 and 5) . Duties included picking up the children from school, taking them to extracurricular activities, cooking, playing with them, managing snack and meal time, bath time, and bedtime. I also worked as an at-home helper for a 10-month-old baby boy for two months in 2024. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, outgoing, and playful. In my spare time, I like to sing, play guitar, read, listen to music, knit and do needlework, watch films, do arts & crafts, go hiking and biking, etc. Anything creative or outdoorsy! I like working with kids because they are so full of life. I love to see the smiles on their faces when they learn something new, or when they have something cool to show you. I can be firm in discipline, but it's always my #1 priority to make the kids in my care feel as loved and safe as possible.
