About Sarah

I am currently furloughed and looking for something to keep me busy, as well as evening and weekend jobs for when I return to work. Last year I was a substitute teacher for pre-school through high school ages and would like to spend more time with children in addition to my lab research position. I would enjoy any aspect of childcare but really like hanging out with babies and toddlers, helping with school work, and being able to play outside with kids. I enjoy working with kids because they offer a unique perspective on the world and know how to make anything be fun! All throughout high school and undergrad I babysat for babies up to 12-year-olds. Since then I have mostly watched friends' kids for them. In my spare time, I like to bike, hike, bird watch, cook, and craft. I'd describe my personality as fun loving, calm, and responsible.
