About Sarah

I would describe my personality as warm, empathetic, and hands on. My goal while working with individuals is to connect, listen to understand, and make them feel loved and supported. Although my prior experience is primarily with birth-college age individuals, I am a people person through & through! My background is in counseling (school counseling). I have also spent time as a mother's helper, personal care worker for my aging aunt, and I open/ran a small in home daycare. I have an array of interests- but all center around helping and being with others. Id love to connect with you or your loved one to discuss how I could help with things like: running errands, cooking, cleaning and tidying, and companionship.
