Sarah has been so much more than a nanny to us for the last 5 years, she has been a true partner in raising our three (amazing) children, and running our household. She joined us when our twins were six months old (and their big sister was two and a half), and has been the key member of our family since (the twins just started kindergarten). As a two-lawyer family, with three kids and two dogs, our household requires a lot of strategic scheduling and planning, and Sarah handled it all. Not only was she a trustworthy, loving, and dedicated caregiver to our 3 children, she took them on incredible adventures, taught them so much to prepare them to excel not only in school and the world, but she also managed and scheduled school and sports drop-offs and pick-ups, planned and cooked dinners (she has a culinary background and is an incredible chef and baker), packed lunches, did laundry, grocery shopped, took the dogs on walks and to the vet, and kept our entire house (and lives) organized, and running smoothly. One of the things that sets Sarah apart from others is how incredibly proactive she is - I would frequently come home from work to discover that she had embarked on an organization project, decorated the house for the holidays, or done any number of errands that needed running - but that I hadn't even asked her to do. Sarah has always been 3 steps ahead of us in what our household needs. Our children all adore her, and Sarah will always be part of our family - we could not have even dreamed up a better nanny.
