Flakey. She interviewed for the position when availability on all three days of the position was required. First she said she was available. Then During the interview she said she wasn’t on one of the days and wanted to see if we could “work it out.” Then when we tried to work with her and meet in person, two hours before the interview she texted to inquire about the other two work days only to say she couldn’t miss school and wasn’t available during the timeframe we listed in the job posting. Her lack of transparency about her schedule wasted our time. Highly unprofessional.
