Hey care. com families! Throughout my time working as a youth coach and spending time with children, It's become obvious to me how much I love to engage with kids and share my knowledge as well as learn from their creative imaginations. I am motivated to be a special needs care provider given my prospective career path as an Occupational Therapist. I believe I am fit for the job considering my well-rounded experience working as a physical therapy aide, physiology lab intern, youth snowboard coach, kids camp guide and restaurant server. I have helped run events put on by a nonprofit benefiting people with neurological disabilities. In addition, I further align with the caregiving position through my education in the College of Public Health & Human Sciences at OSU Cascades in Bend. Coursework included the following specific classes: Developmental Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology, Adapted Physical Activity and Kinesiology. Thanks for your interest, I'm excited to hear from you!
