About Sarah

Hi! I'm Sarah, and I recently graduated from Purchase College with a B. F. A. in dance performance. My parents are from Trinidad, but I grew up in Dubai before moving to Las Vegas and the New York, so I have my fair share of conversations to share if you're looking for some new stimulation. I'm an interdiciplanary movement specialist with additional focus' in mobility, OT, flexibility, strength, and rehabilitation. I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with experience supporting seniors in their day-to-day needs. I provide companionship, medication reminders, errand running, light housekeeping, and emotional support to help maintain comfort, safety, and a positive daily routine. I'm attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy building warm relationships-whether through conversation, shared activities, or simply being present. My goal is to help seniors feel cared for, respected, and uplifted in their everyday lives.
