About Sarah

I'm a pre-nursing student with nearly 10 years of experience caring for my grandparents through dementia, congestive heart failure, and cancer. As their live-in caregiver and Medical POA, I managed daily care, medications, diets, appointments, home health, hospice, and additional caregivers. I'm passionate about serving older adults and believe good care respects their independence, routines, and preferences. It should support someone's life, not take it over. I'm comfortable following established routines and instructions, but equally comfortable helping overwhelmed families sort through care needs, troubleshoot problems, and create a practical plan.
