About Sarah Delane

Hi! My name is Sarah. I have approximately 5 years of paid experience working with children, including before- and after-school childcare and over 4 years of professional experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Most of my experience is with children ages 3-7, although I also have experience with school-aged children. I enjoy helping children learn, play, communicate, build independence, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. I have experience with AAC, PECS, basic ASL, behavioral needs, daily living skills, toileting, transitions, and individualized support. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets. I am not currently CPR/First Aid certified but am willing to obtain both. I am patient, dependable, and especially comfortable providing care for preschool, elementary-aged, and special-needs children.
