These include 15 years in the USAF Reserves, ministry and caregiving work and public school teaching. I have graduate degrees and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) training. I can do any parts of running the household: cooking, cleaning, running errands, getting people to doctor appointments, pet care, and dealing with repair men. I am usually in the $25-30 an hour range. I have flexibility especially where multiple hours of working with a client are needed .
