About Sarah

Hello, my name is Sarah. I'm 39 yrs old, bilingual in Spanish and English, I enjoy to share music, art, walks & dancing as a caregiver, and am patient and fun- loving. I have experience as a para educator (assistant teacher) in high needs special ed classrooms, with a specialty in autism. I worked 3 yrs intensively in one classroom, and more time in a variety of settings as a substitute for special ed elementary age kids. I am looking to get back into the field soon, and for now would enjoy to do some babysitting gigs. thank you for your consideration. I have past training in de-escalation & conflict- resolution, among with just lot of learning about how to support sitiations of overstimulation and meltdowns, and positive reward systems as well. I also dont mind if your child needs help with cleaning up in the bathroom, etc.. no biggie.
