I am a mother to a young adult with autism and have two other children. I work as a substitute teacher in the public school system and was a classroom teacher before starting my own family. I often work in special needs classrooms and am on the board of a nonprofit day program that serves adults with special needs in Santa Clarita. My heart is with the special needs community, and I am comfortable taking clients in the community, working with clients in the home setting, and assisting clients with school work. I will strive to build a comfortable relationship with my clients and to keep them productively engaged.
