For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on their lives. Currently, I'm working towards my RN degree, driven by my passion for caring for others. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a professional, detail-oriented mindset. I understand the importance of building strong connections with those I care for, taking the time to learn their preferences and personal history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering regular updates and addressing any concerns. CPR and First Aid Training are current.
