About Sarah

I am very hard working. I have been taking care of kids my whole life. I am very nurturing, understanding, loving and patient. I also absolutely adore kids and can't wait to be a mother one day! I have been working at Ridgedale Baptist Church CDC since July 2024. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'd describe my personality as caring, loving, fun, and patient! I like working with kids because I give unconditional love and support. Working with kids also make me happy and brings out the best in me! I'm looking for a job that I can grow in! I am also looking for a job to where I can best support parents with helping their children. I started working with kids at a young age. I started officially baby sitting though when I was 16! I have 5 years of professional experience! One thing you should know about me is I'm very detail oriented. I love following a routined schedule! My skills include communication, leadership, problem solving, de-escalating situations, & time management.
