About Sarah

Empowering students to master complex scientific and mathematical concepts is my passion. With four years of teaching and tutoring experience, I specialize in helping students from elementary through high school reach their academic goals. I hold a teaching certification and have extensive experience guiding learners through chemistry, biology, physics, and foundational math. My approach centers on the belief that making mistakes is a vital part of the learning process. I actively observe how you interact with new material to tailor my methods, breaking down difficult problems into manageable steps. By connecting lessons to your personal interests and celebrating small victories, I help build the confidence necessary for long-term success. I prioritize open communication with both students and parents to ensure we are always aligned. Seeing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is why I love what I do. I am truly excited to support your journey.
