About Sarah

Hi there, I'm Sarah! I'm 32yo, originally from Lake Orion, and a physician. I struggled with transitions like a lot of kids and academia became frustrating for me at times. I got a tutor myself in high school who guided me. I graduated from The University of Michigan and then from Michigan State University of Osteopathic Medicine. I recently finished my OBGyn residency in 2024. In addition to my doctorate, my passions prior to medical school led me to a Minor in Writing. I believe that a major aspect of educational success is understanding what the question wants from your answer. I've learned many techniques throughout my 12 years of higher education, understanding how they help and where they fall short. "Studying" is busy work, but learning creates the bridge to knowing.
