About Sarah

Hello; I'm Sarah! I've worked as a caretaker for families throughout the East Bay and accept jobs through Care and personal recommendations. I spend extensive time in my mother's classroom, and have experience tutoring English and art to 4th graders and English Learners. My primary experience is with ages 2 to 9, but I'm comfortable caring for children up to 14. To your family, I would bring a genuine love for children, and a desire to organize activities that engage with the surrounding community-walks in nearby parks, board games, and other hands on crafts are great ways to spend downtime together. If digital technology is present in your home, I focus on media that offers something beyond the algorithms that dominate screen time! I'm graduating with an Art History degree (with English and Digital Humanities minors) and I love museums and art education. I also enjoy reading and baking and take two to four ballet classes every week.
