About Sarah

First of all, I am so happy to say I was vaccinated with J&J on 4/1/21, then boosted with Pfizer 1/2/22. Next, I'd like to stick to especially families in the DC Metro Area with vegetarians, vegans, and people interested in eating more plants in general. I've been vegan for 12 years, and five of those years were spent running my own plant-based food business, so I would love to cook for the family and teach some healthy kitchen tricks! I'm an upbeat and outgoing woman who has loved working with kids ever since I first started babysitting at age 12. Now I'm 33, and have had a range of jobs that cater to kids, pets, and food. I aim to be a Super Nanny/Household Manager. I enjoy helping children of all ages develop skills, emotional intelligence, and learn more about the world. I tend to lean Montessori in my methods, letting the child lead but gently guiding when necessary. I hope to be a Trusted Adult in the household, available to wear many hats and jump in with calm solutions.
