Hi! My name is Sarah and I have over a decade of experience working with kids in many different capacities (teacher's aid, coach, babysitting, etc.). For the last 10+ years I've worked consistently as a nanny with infants/toddlers while continuing to work with older, school-aged children after school and on weekends! I should mention, I'm also a mother of two young boys, so I have a lot of personal and professional experience! 
I consider myself a considerate, intuitive and playful person and I always do my best to support parents' values and wishes for their children.
I'm currently looking for families in my area who need care on Fridays or over the the weekend (during the day or date nights) and I'm open to one-time or recurring positions!

From my experience, you will be looking forward to your “Sarah days,” knowing that your children are safe and cared for by Sarah’s kindness, calm, and competency. My kids look forward to her songs and conversation. I appreciate details like the tidied up toys and freshly changed diaper greeting me as I walk (rush) in the door. This review box is not big enough to describe how amazing Sarah is. Our family had the honor of having Sarah in our lives for 3 months, going on 4! I can't say enough about how incredible Sarah has been. As a first time mom, there were a dozen interviews I've done on Care.com, but no one stood out to me as much as Sarah. She is one of the most genuine, kind and respectful people I have ever met in my life. When I think about the months Sarah has been with us, I am incredibly blessed. Our son has learned so many things while under her care. I feel safe leaving my son in her care and I can't imagine our lives without her, especially during the year of Covid and how hard it has been to trust frankly even family members. She is so kind, even when we are not around. My neighbors have complimented Sarah many times on how she checks in on our son during their walks and how friendly she is to our neighborhood as well. I am so grateful to have had Sarah in our lives.

Sarah has been an incredible nanny for my infant. She is trustworthy and dependable. She has never even been one minute late. She is fun and nurturing- both my baby and cat love her! As soon as she comes in, my baby gets a big smile on his face and crawls over to her. She is experienced and knowledgeable about child development. As an anxious first time mom, Sarah made me able to go to work with full confidence my baby would be well taken care of. She is very tidy and cautious in regard to Covid precautions. I could not endorse Sarah more highly and would be happy to discuss further. She has been with us for 5 months and the only reason it is not continuing further is due to relocation on our part. Anyone who has the opportunity to have Sarah as their nanny is truly lucky!

Sarah is simply the best care giver for our daughter that we have ever been able to find...and we kissed a lot of frogs along the way. She is always on time, cheerful, self actuating, and absolutely loved by our daughter.  If you are looking for someone that will make a lasting positive difference for you children and give you the needed time away from your kids that you seek then look no further and hire Sarah!  I give her a 100% score and I bet you will too. 


My husband and I first hired Sarah for occasional babysitting of our (then) 1.5 year old. We loved her so much that we set a weekly commitment, and she has been caring for our daughter for two years now! Sarah is really exceptional, in more ways than I can fairly include in this little review box! She is incredibly thoughtful, patient, loving and makes better parenting decisions than I often would. Favorite example - I told her she could give our daughter a treat of a small scoop of ice cream, but the only ice cream she found was rum raisin. She checked online and learned it might have too much alcohol for a toddler (who knew?) and talked her into a yogurt instead. She's just that good - and more! She has a lovely voice, and I enjoyed overhearing her singing with my daughter (and my daughter singing back). I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and feel so lucky to have had her in our lives!

I would most definitely hire Sarah again! I needed a sitter last minute and she was quick to respond (within the hour), provided a brief phone interview (also within the hour), and accepted my request. I knew the minute she walked through the door my child was in good hands. Sarah was warm, friendly, professional, and exuded such a happy and positive energy. My daughter has already asked when she's coming back!
