About Sarah

My top three tutoring skills are individualized instruction, patience and encouragement, and building student confidence. With over 10 years of classroom experience and additional tutoring experience, I am skilled at adapting lessons to meet each student's unique learning needs. I strive to create a positive, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying again. I believe encouragement plays a huge role in learning, and I enjoy helping students recognize their strengths and gain confidence in their abilities. My goal is not only to help students understand challenging concepts, but also to help them develop a positive attitude toward learning and feel proud of their progress.
