Hello, and thanks for taking a look at my profile! I'm a long-time caregiver with over 20 years of experience nurturing children of all ages (birth-teens). My approach is gentle, neuro-affirming, and rooted in mutual respect, but am also comfortable enforcing house rules and boundaries as needed. It is inspired by Waldorf and Montessori philosophies, as well as my own nature-based, homeschooled upbringing through age 16. I believe in slow, connected caregiving that honors each child's rhythms and individuality. I create calm, supportive spaces where children feel safe, curious, and empowered to be themselves. Whether we're building forts, exploring outside, or navigating big feelings, my intention is to show up with presence, empathy, and playfulness. I'm currently open to a part-time schedule (15-20hrs/wk) and would love to chat to see if we're a good match. Wonderful references available upon request!
